I am looking to move house, looking at the local market I am shocked to see what I can get for my money...

Average UK house prices are £232,000

This got me thinking... What can £232,000 around your area...(within 5 miles of your home address)...And let's keep to minimum 3 bedrooms.

Good for horses but not much else. Backs onto the school field that street so no chance of getting access. Speaking of which I remember going to that school & an old gentleman affectionately known as 'Dirty Malcolm' used to 'wave' at the kids from his upstairs window, in the area of this house.

I liked how the advert implores people to come & live in the village **This offer is strictly limited to purchasers who reside in the property as there [sic] main home for a minimum period of five years**

FFS, they all look perfect... I could live in any of them happily...

My little 3 bed semi just been valued at £240-260... The house I want is a larger 3 bed, sadly terraced, near town but up at £310k, and 4 end of terrace is £330k..
 
Trying to be sensible - these two came up within 5 miles of Sunderland, which is my home place atm
