Hi, I have an actuator that came fitted to a T3 R5 Gordini turbocharger I bought used, it looks new and I was told it's as the original but it seems to need a fair push to move, I have no idea what boost pressure it is for, does anybody have any ideas please from the numbers on it?

Easy way to test the crack pressure is with a footpump. Take the reference pipe to the actuator off , put footpump on floor connected to the actuator.
Press footpump pedal. Note the pressure when the actuator rod moves.
