Volvo 1.7 turbo engine , new t28 , lightened flywheel/ uprated clutch , bigger injectors/big throttle body/ wiring loom with chipped ecu , it's soposed to be cammed but haven't checked yet , £550

Can post on pallet for £60

Not far away then really. Is the 1.7 fairly straight forward to fit them?
would you be willing to fit it and if so, what would you charge?

Also I've got a standard 1.4 single point injection campus, so I'm guessing I'd need another gearbox?

You prob could use your box but I would just use the Volvo one ,

Hi mate, I've not been in touch as I'm stupid busy at work just now. I'm not too fussed about a modified engine but a standard turbo engine would be great, be nice to double my bhp at least. I presume you get hold of Volvo's regularly? I would probably be looking to get a conversion done in a couple of months when I'm quieter at work.

Hi , that's cool , it's only been last year that I have got a decent amount off Volvo parts , and a running car this week, I don't make a habit off buying this kind off stuff and the running car was local and running that's the only Reason I took it and it gives me a chance to try all my ecus etc and make sure there still working correctly
