Ventureshield

I've just spoken to a chap at privacytinting.co.uk (based near Warrington) about fitting ventureshield to my front bumper.

Standard price for supply and fitting to the bumper is £175

The full kit (bumper, bonnet, wings, rear wings + a few others that i cant remember) is £499

If we had 4 people he said he could offer a discount between 15-20% off the full kit. And a smaller discount off just the bumper.

Would anyone be interested? Phill has used them for his vee and he was pleased with their service I believe.

I know Peter has just sent a poll round about group buys so sorry if I'm interfering with that!

Thay sounds like a good deal Chris..!

When I had mine done, the fitter gave me a 'part' fitment of the bonnet (hood) package, as I didnt want the front of the bonnet doing at the time, just the front of the wings... which anoyingly are part of the bonnet package.

I found this.. LINK which will give you a better idea of what you'll get with each package option. Also Here which is the 'Armourfend' version which, i'm told, isn't quite as good as the Ventureshield. But the diagram shows more clearly what pattern goes where on the car.

Hope it helps people to work out what they require, as all the profiles are down loaded onto a machine which cuts them out automaticly at the fitters.

I am definately interested in this, was chatting to Sean about it last month, just need to get my front bumper touched up first.
Not sure which one I would go for, ideally I want the bumper, fogs, wings and mirrors but quite expensive.

Didnt realise it was that far lol, but tbh 20hrs isnt too bad for a good deal, I dont know of anywhere round here that does it so would be prepared to travel

Anyone else interested? I'm looking at getting my bumper sprayed soon-ish so want to get booked in for the ventureshield - but don't wanna go ahead on my own if we can get a group discount!!

There was no cutting on my car, some companys who dont have a patten do this and it can damage your paint. the job is A1 really good company, with loads of test data about there product ie how good it is against impact from stones and yellowing. They do loads of very expensive cars all the time. They also offer of a lift into town as well as a PC and X-box in the waiting area

Could be worth a call may offer you a discount too they did my blue v6 about a year ago, my last name is philpot a recomendation may help for a better price ??
