25yo, 7 yrs no claims, SP30 - 3pts, and one no fault accident - £470 from More Than. Wiped the floor with bell/elephant/admiral who wanted £700ish.

Mum & Dad as other drivers on policy, comprehensive, protected, SDP&Commuting £500 excess.

Not bad!! recommend giving them a try.

Wow that is good im paying £615 with elephant 25 years old 6 years no claims. which i was happy with tbh

will try more than next time around

Must admit it's the excess on More Than which tends to be the deciding factor. They quoted me happy ... until I saw the excess they'd initially quoted for was something like £700! On Elephant/Admiral it was £250 for me ...

However, trouble I have is that Elephant/Admiral knock me by £150 for the no fault shunt I received in traffic a couple of years back ...

So instead I arranged something better than the lot of them thru' Noel Dazely :).

More Than were stunning for my house insurance this year tho'. Excellent policy and a remarkable price since they were doing contents policy at 50%. Even better the whole price is assured for 2 years so I'll get the same excellent deal next year too :).

Just thought i should mention that if anyone has a policy with More Than it's going to be void as they don't insure Group 20 cars... :(
(think it's in the T&T somewhere)

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but i've been through all this with them as the online internet quote has a problem where it keeps letting them through....in the end got a refund and M&S vouchers for wasting my time

Also be careful of confused.com which basically works by firing off your info (via web services) to various insurers.

The vehicle parameter passed (as entered on the confused.com site) does not always match exactly with a model on the insurers list so it substitues a nearest match. So you can then get a quote, which you can accept, for basically the wrong car without realising.

I discovered this when I got a quote which appeared to be too cheap. When I rang the insurer they confirmed that their quotation engine had not matched the right car even though the confused.com results suggested they had
