Tyres

This has probably been discussed before, but here it is again;

What tyres do you have, prefer, recommend? Make, model size etc.

I have some Yokohama tyres on Cherrybomb and they are noticeably better than the Kwik-fit mid price T1R copies on the cabby.

I've heard on other renault forums that the Dunlop sp are a good tyre.

Then there's the 65/ 50 issue, purely cosmetics or would the higher sidewall reduce the risk of damage from a pothole?

Does anyone have stretched tyres on their car?

well on my fiesta iv just brought Avon Zv5 as very good tyre an hand well in wet ,,

Always 195 50 theyre cheaper in that form!! Got some michellin ps3 for the 172 when the toyos are bust, what yokos are you running jr?

I like yokohama A539's good grip wet or dry and last for a good while.

In the summer i use continental sport contact with 55 height

Wintertyres are nokians with nails, same height

Depends what your after in a tyre, i'm after good fuel economy, wet weather grip and longevity. You get that from continentals, michelins, and Goodyears

not conti sports they wear quick if used properly!!! if ya know what i mean, and dont grip aswell as a t1r
