Hi running a slightly tuned 98hk 1.6 Fuego engine on twin 40 webers In my S1 lotus
Europa. bought old stock parts to convert to turbo using Solex 32Dis carburettor.
Is it with worth going down this line or would it be easier making a EFI, type megasquirt.
Any help or experience appreciated

Have you already got the carburettor?
Hi yes got all the main parts but missing the small details air hoses etc

Personally id bin the carburettor for efi. The 32dis are too old now and cause way too much hassle on occasionally driven cars.

A good efi setup will be turn key and drive every time you use it, and will make more power, be more drivable and more economical when driving normally. Itll be optimal in every part of the rev range where 32dis is pretty crap.in comparison.

Your probably right, thought the bolt on carb/turbo set up might be an easy option, but starting to realise it’s more complicated than that. Shall check out some EFI kits.
Cheers
