depends what parts you are after, the majority of ph2 parts will fit a ph1 and a lot of parts from the older clios and meganes will fit (for example a megane gearbox will go into either a clio or a 19)

Post up what you need in the 'wanted' section of the forums and I am sure someone will be able to help you out.

i read though it all aswell, near enough all the same stuff ive changed in the last month, i hate fixing other peoples bodges..

indeed BB, thats the problem with any 2nd hand car, fixing the previous bodges and cost cutting.

I knew about the jacking point but never expected it to be so easily ripped out. But if its replaced then it'll be solid for a long time as I will clean up the rust thats there cos of the damaged galvy coating on the floor pan then paint the new panel inside and out weld it on then waxoyl it etc.

it does make you wonder what goes through peoples minds sometimes.

its mental, the subframe bolt on the rear offside moved up and down about and inch as it hasn't been tightened back up after some idiot tried to remove it and it broke the cage.

Loads of wee niggles but I'll sort them.
