Trip computer issue

Hi guys

I have a curious issue with the trip computer: every time i shut down the car, it get always reset: when i turn on again all values (trip km, comsumption etc) always start from 0.
Already tried to do the reset procedure as i read in the Technical Guide on this forum but nothing changes.
Maybe memory is full (as reported into the owners handbook)? If yes how can i cancel it?

Have you tried disconnecting the car battery for a while or maybe even fitting a new battery?

New battery (3 weeks) and i also tried to disconnect it (i have one batteryswitch in the cabin) but nothing change
