Speaker upgrade!

Speakers are easily removed lee just remove the speaker grills front and rear. Search online for quality....buy cheap buy twice :salut:

I replaced rear speakers years ago as oe had miniscule magnets and thought a nice set with hefty speakers would be good upgrade. Negligble difference, i’m sure £60 could be better spent elsewhere. I think head unit and possibly wiring is weak link, but with that v6 behind you then you need to spend a fair amount of money to notice a difference, unless you frequent macdonalds and just play sounds with engine off.

I have a JL Audio microsub in the "boot" with focal speakers all round. There is an amp under the passenger seat which is also JL and the headunit is pioneer, touch screen with sat nav, bluetooth etc. As long as you get the pioneer auto-eq microphone, you can get a very good sound out of it. Now some people are going to slam me for having the dreaded subwoofer, but nothing winds me up more than having rubbish audio in a car.
