Kink in the roof not mentioned in previous posts was the killer, shame but what you are proposing sounds incredible and will keep the clio 'alive' as a worthy transplant, Diablo Red?? or pay homage to the Clio and go with a Phase 2 colour? :bow:

The roof is kinked both sides and the fact that nearly every panel is broken or cracked in some way (think just the drivers door and quarter escaped) and the fact all the front suspension is damaged so the cost to repair it would be far too much!

So its going in a 306, and it will be going in a silver one as that's the best shell that I have here. The final colour is not decided yet though and will start a project thread on here too.

Got a very nice Phase 1 CABRIOLET with cage, just need to fit a Dimma Maxi kit, de screen, Aeros and make the ultimate roadster with the Vee in the back, more room in the cab!

I made it clear a while back that I wanted to put a e32 engine in one with the Dsg box , but wouldn't want to kill a straight car up to do this
