Silverstone Classic 2015 is a GO!

We have been allocated spaces for up to 20 cars for each of the 3 days (24th, 25th and 26th July). So let’s get booking, and have a great day out at this superb event.

All car club discount packages will be withdrawn by midnight on 31st May 2015. Those who are looking to attend on Friday (24th) will have the added bonus of being able to participate in a lunchtime parade lap of the Silverstone Circuit (see below for details).

Car Club Discount (CCD) Package: 1 x CCD package includes 2 x Adult Event Tickets and 1 x Infield Vehicle Display Pass

Parade Lap: v6Clio.net is booked on Friday’s lunchtime parade lap that will take place between 13:00 and 14:00 hrs. Anybody who attends on Friday (24th) by purchasing a CCD package using the booking code provided will be entitled to take part.

For anybody who hasn't been to a Silverstone Classic event, below is a brief summary of what to expect from this year's event, provided by the event organisers:

Firmly established as “The World’s Biggest Classic Motor Racing Festival”, the packed weekend event features more than 20 races covering the full glittering spectrum of motor sport history, full scale live music concerts including Status Quo, over 10,000 classic cars and bikes on display, anniversary celebrations and parades, aerial displays, a giant 40m wheel and vintage fun fair, huge shopping village, interactive driving activities, dynamic demonstrations and a whole lot more.

Note that we been allocated a Parade lap slot for up to 10 cars of any colour (between 13:00 & 14:00 hrs) on Friday, 24th July. 'RenaultSport Clio 182 Trophy Owners Club' are also booked on the same lunchtime parade! Would be cool if Vees and Trophys can participate together.........someone please take photographs and videos.

Would be great if we can have at least 10 Vees for each of the 3 days. :approve:

IMO this is the best motorsports and/or car-related event in the UK.

I've been to the Silverstone Classic a number of times and it's a great event, well worth attending. There is great racing and great cars. It would be great if we could get a good turnout for the parade lap.

So far we have Lunar, Illiad, BG and Iceberg - we need LY, AY, Mars, Titanium and of course the Bronze One (no pressure James ) to make the 15th Anniversary Parade Lap an occasion to remember.

The registration number should be requested when purchasing a CCD package using booking code 'C1525113' (as per the first post in this topic).

Thanks for that. Found the coded to add but it states the registration number of the car or you won't be let in.bi can't see where I did the cars registration number to the form...

I confused you, sorry!
