Side Air-Vent Mesh/Grill

mine has come out on the drivers side, the screws have come lose and also one has snapped off the plastic. Any ideas as to easiest way to fix rectify this? Anyone had similar problem?
Lastly, is it bad driving the car round in the meantime without the plastic vent in?

Have you lost the Mesh grills complettely?

no i have the grill, just need to put it back in but one of the crews has snapped off. Am going to see if i can get it fixed this weekend, if there's a prob and i have to buy a new one any way i'll give you a call.
