Megane self leveling lights

so took meggy in for its mot no advisory's but. it failed on 2 little things.
first is the washer jets for the headlights. can sort that no problem.
second is a bit more fun. the self leveling lights are not working. the arm at the front has come away. its only a plastic thing if the back one is the same. switch is fine as when you move it the lights move. a new switch with arm is £150 plus.
but as you can not but the arm on its own I have a solution to make a new one (£10) but as I do not have the arm on the front is anyone able to measure how long there arm is and if possible centre to centre on the on the ball socket.
cheers
roy

its the one at the front. got some weatherproof ball and socket joints and the threaded bar locknuts. just need the measurement now.
the pic is of when I first got the car because I wounded what the hell this switch was for

These arms are renowned for falling off.
When I had my R26 I drilled a very small hole through the arm and socket and fed thin gauge wire through the hole and tied them in place.

cheers. found a good way to fix them parts wise its about a tenner and can be adjusted to suit. it went back today for the retest and all is well. using the above pic I managed to get a measurement and it worked out ok.
