Ok this is a bit of a wierd one. I fitted my Recaro Pole Positions, new Steering wheel and Ive road tested the car over about 100 miles, all has been well, no airbag warning lights etc. I used the resistors that Steve Farman provided and had them soldered in correctly (by my bro inlaw who know how to solder properly!)
This morning I drove the car to work and remembered I hadnt put the radio code in since having the battery disconnected, so I turned the radio on whilst I was driving along and put the code in. Im not sure if this was a coincidence but immediately, the seat belt warning light lit up on the dash and the warning bong came on (the one where you forget to put your seatbelt on). My seatbelt was on. I even tried plugging in the passenger seatbelt just in case it was this that was causing the problem. it made no difference.
Maybe it was telling me not to be so bloody stupid attempting to enter the radio code whilst driving!?!?
Or is something else amiss?
