out of interest what were you guys revving to on the start line?

obvious not enough lol, :icon_eek:first time it bogged down and was slow of line second time better. but it could of taken some more revs, but i was talking to some guys when i was queing up, they said the wind was the reason everyone was running slower than normal, there was a head wind of about 20-25 mph so it was affecting the times by at least a second, but it was good fun all the same, ithink if your happy with the way your car drives on the road that's good emough, you want a car to do 10sec 1/4 mile you build a car just for that

this is very true, if you are happy with your car on the road, that is the only thing important. without doubt the quadra is a better handling car in the twisties, interesting thing dave said that the 2wd is better for 1/4 mile, as i was always told you couldnt get a 2wd into the 13s, it had to be a quadra. to me that was just a challenge i needed. to be fair also, it takes quite a bit to master 1/4 mile. just glad everyone had a good time. now guys, whens this chickun thing happening???????
