Renault traffic Van issues

Needing some tech help with this one. For a friend at work, has a 100dci traffic. Wont boost and struggles to pull off, feels flat but if you dip the clutch and rev it then engage again it takes off on boost, its an intermittent issue.

Any way plugged in the bluetooth obd and get nothing back, so took in clip and tried that, still no connection. there is power there but either the ecu is locked out or something is broken.

Any ideas?

Also does anyone have a pin out from the ecu so we can identify the coms line (k line) and just pin it out to the obd port?

On Trafic 1,9Dci I have come across many many problems that cause the symptoms you have so I cannot say it will be X but it worth checking these.
Clutch & brake switches
Air filter sealing,
Damaged injector wiring especially under the air filter box
Air flow meter for contamination even the slightest contamination it will have to be replaced. Cleaning them will make it worse.
Turbo control solenoid & piping making sure it is plumbed in correctly
Vacuum pump efficiency which can affect the way the turbo control solenoid works.
EGR valve, the end "penny" can fall off.
Blocked EGR chamber & inlet manifold.
You then get into the realm of checking fuel delivery & system.
As for the diag communication with Clip on authorised versions we have a separate diag icon for some type numbers of the EDC variant of the injection computer.
I have also come across the instrument panel preventing diag connection to the injection ECU as the panel acts as a gateway to the injection.
When you carry out the Clip "All computers" scan does it pick up the injection on the multiplex test?

Thank you @Red21 will tell him to check out some of the other bits, and ill take the clip to him again and try it to do the all computers thing if it gets that far. Currently it cant even connect to pull the vin info off the car

If it won't pick the vin just try VF1FL0C0612345678, that a generic vin.
