Renault Laguna Mk1 1.9 dTi Automatic - 'Barn Find' - have no keys

Hi guys,

I have inherited a LHD 1995 Renault Laguna Mk1 1.9 dTi Automatic 5 door hatch - 'Barn Find'.
I have no keys and no ownership documents at all.
The vehicle has been stationary in Croatia since 2009. I would be great to recommission this car if possible.
I would like to know where to start and what I need to do to obtain new keys, transponder/immobiliser PIN pairing etc.(I have radio code but nothing else)
It would be handy to know what diagnostic software and cable I can use
The VIN is VE1B56J0222079864

Any assistance would be much appreciated

I Think you would need to get keys for it from Renault, or, get a used lock set for it from a breaker.
