Time has come to part with some projects to focus on completing others soooo...
Renault 5 previously converted with mid engine c1j, later to volvo turbo lump (magazine featured) and then in current form the vag 1.8 20vt and 5 speed box conversion. I have not done the work myself but know what was done in detail qnd history of the car very well
While in really good condition for age and some great additions will need someone who can finish off the remaining jobs to get it back on the road again although is starting with a car that did drive and more the new engine conversion to finish
I will get some fresh pictures as could do with a clean from dust in my garage but message if you are serious
Engine from vw golf
ARY engine 9.5:1 comp,
KO3s,
G60 Flywheel,
G60 clutch,
Large Alloy Intercooler,
Std ARY injectors,
4 bar fpr,
K&N cossie cone air filter,
Alloy catch tank,
Adaptronic E420c Standalone ECU,
3 bar map sensor,
02J box With new manual clutch cable lever
Golf twin fans installed in front
Best oz alloys for the 5 and very light
Flocked dash and door cards
To get goiing needs ecu from a suitable vag car decoded (cheap and easy) or install adaptronic ecu
Gear change selector setup
Few minors to go over like fresh fluids etc
If I was me I would want to after running/shake down get custom driveshafts to repalce welded ones etc but up to new owner
If the engine is not wanted could consider selling without and remove
Lastly could potentially deliver for agree costs if not too far
