bought this car over 10 years ago , used to be my everyday driver but was getting rough , had it painted and modified the c1j , carb mods , t25, grill mount , water injection and lots more , my mate was building a clio track car (f7r) and said "you should build one of these " so i then thought , yer i should , lol that was three years ago and hasnt turned a wheel since .

engine built up as follows , f7r 200 block,wire rung, velsatis pistons and rods , 172 crank lightend and ballenced, 16v flywheel lightend and ballenced, willy head and cams, pullys, f7r sump with oil return weled in, new cam belt and waterpump , all new gaskets etc , oil sandwich plate,4 paddle clutch , willy gearbox, renault 5 drive shafts.
all built on the subframe, powdercoated subframe , bottom arms , anti roll bar , engine mounts , willy rad kenlowe fan ,oil cooler

21 txi brake disks with caliper extentions , avo coilovers

wheels powdercaoted, wheels tried on to see if they clear brakes

chip, to suit 2.0l turbo running 15 psi on 802 injectors two bar map sensor

powdwer coated ecu , cover , mounted inside scuttle tray
hey ive seen this car elsewhere, mint, looks clean as feck...
theres a different way to insert pics into the project report, im going to work on a guide to doing it, its handy when you get used to it...
really love the car though

one way valve for turbo oil feed (1 bar)

hyrraulic 90 deg adapters fitted to fuel tails
