For Sale renault 21 turbo quadra phase 3

for sale is my Renault 21 turbo quadra phase 3 which has just rolled over 88,000 miles cant guarantee mileage (persumed correct) this has been my daily driver for the last 2 years and covered around 11.000 miles myself. the car is mot till mid september and taxed till end of the month. the car is up for sale because my work load has increased a lot and don't get the time to spend on it and thought I would try hoping there may be some interested on here before putting it on the dreaded bay. So last winter I replaced head gasket, water pump, belts coolant plugs etc and head received a very minor skim. I pretty much just enjoyed driving it with minor maintenance for 6months then the mot was due and got some minor welding I started sourcing parts after this and got abit carried away
paddle clutch
uprated gearbox and engine mounts
alloy rad
silicone coolant hoses
polybushed anti roll bar
slightly larger turbo
drilled black diamond front disks
These have been fitted within the last 6 months
As said earlier the cars mot runs out mid September but will need work
turret tops
handbrake adjusting
the rest are probably niggles door key snapped but use the key fob and I replaced ignition barrel when I purchased it due to not springing back.drivers seat is tatty but the rest are okay. bit rusty on the body in places as pictured.
it feels as the clutch bite moves I have been told the clutch slave rod is too short so could be easy fix if you have the rod?
on the plus windows work central locking works apart from passenger rear door lots of new parts I'm sure theres stuff I have missed so any questions please ask there is small build thread under its reg j269 kor open to offers but for rules sake £1800

I have the car. A few bits already gone - headlights, indicators, nose cone, pillar/sill plastics. Also to come off - engine/box mounts, bushes, coolant hoses, front calipers but could be replaced with oe.
Unsure on the mot, I presume expired.
