Renault 19 Bendix ABS system brake fluid dropping and then returning to reservoir

I have recently replacesed all four brake hose and the one under the pump, since then I have been having the following problem. I have bleed the system again with the engine running I all so tried without the engine running but with a pressure bleeder and when doing this i only seam to get a trickle coming out of all four brake lines. yet again when finished bleeding i go to start the car and the pump kicks in (Which now seams to be running longer to prime the system on initial start (eg if car been left for 30mins or more)) while this is happening the brake fluid starts to drop in the reservoir to the low mark and the warning light comes on to say fluid is low. I top it up till the light goes out and all is fine. Then when I turn the engine off and 20 mins later after pump pressure has gone the the brake fluid has refilled the reservoir to original level plus the extra 200mil I added after it had dropped forcing the reservoir to be over filled almost to the top. Next question is does the system have a none return value as wondering if this has now failed and that is why the fluid is returning back to the reservoir. But having said this the only fluid returning is the original that was lost when the pump was first priming. Losing the will to live now as been working on this for over a week lol.

Lose the PH1 ABS system if you can. ph2 run Bosch ABS. a better system. Look TIB project report. He remove his ABS, after a ABS wiring loom fire.

I can not find the link to which he has taken his out? the car is a ph2 on a 92 plate never had problem with ABS till now and not 100% sure that is what is at fault. If it is an easy ish fix then may rip it out. But after a week it is bugging the hell out of me as to what could be the fault. the brake pedal is good and the brakes are working fine apart from what i described.

ill have a look for that link, but through learning from this forum and owning two 1992 16v's that both suffered abs failure the best advice is to revert to a non abs system
