Hi guys, has anyone had any issues with brake servos failing and causing bleeding issues?
We have a rally car so one line to the rear,x2 to each front brake, new calipers, rears are citroen bx bigger cylinder on 21 hubs again new.
New master cylinder
Load valve deleted
Symptoms are no pressure a big click in the servo when depressing the pedal,we've tried pressure bleeding and still no luck, running out of options nothing else we can change.
Maybe fault new master?
Or is the servo causing an issue?
Cheers guys any help is appreciated

I would assume it is a faulty master. You should have pressure at all 4 corners regardless of servo movement i.e if pressure bleeding. Id check the issue with servo aswell something must be a miss if clicking.

One line to the rear, assume bias valve or hydro handbrake. is it piped right.

I by passed the bias and the hydro for that reason and still no pressure,I think the click in the servo is because of the lack of pressure and the pedal being "floppy" signs are pointing to a fault mew master possibly.
Or the rod isn't lined up correctly?
I've plummed in so many rally cars over the years and never had this issue before, thats why I though maybe its a renault part or there's a knack to bleeding this type of master setup.

The servo doesnt affect the hydraulic circuit, its just a pedal assist. Your fault will be with one of the hydraulic components. Pressure bleed it furthest wheel to closest wheel with about 20psi behind it.
