Other ( non boosted Renault ) Renault 11 parts availability

Hi everyone, sorry if this question has been asked before (I did have a quick look) I know some people on here have/are currently restoring R9/R11 I'm debating about buying an early non turbo 11 5 door that will need a lot of work and parts. So the question is are parts easy to get or is it a complete nightmare!? I know many mechanical items will be the shared across the Renault range so hoping it wont be too impossible!? I'm mainly more wondering about body repair panels??

What do people think?

Yep, that just about covers it..

They're not too complex being old tech, the biggest issue with patching them up is the 0.8mm oe steel is a bit hard to weld to.

Yep! You can see some of my shenanigans welding mine up on my R9 thread, basically the same car but a saloon. Phase 1 9 Turbo
