Meet point Friday 18th June between 07.00 and 07.45.
The official meet point will be at the eurotunnel terminal, this is directly off the M20. I will be there from 7AM and just make sure you are there well before the 7.50 latest check in time. Proceed through check in (you will need either the credit card you booked with or you confirmation number given to you when you booked, print it out and bring it anyway), DO NOT accept any earlier crossing than the one you have booked for which is 8.20, do not turn right after check in, proceed instead to the terminal car park, I will park near to the check in gates as poss so you should be able to see us there but you will have to drive past on the access road and then back through the car park. If we all get there with plenty of time, we should all be able to get on the train together without being split up.
Please make sure you car is fueled up, fuel in the UK is cheaper and we do not want to stop straight away and it is easier for everyone if we all have the same amount of fuel, although there is a chance to fill up at the meet up point in France. (see below). There is a service area at Maidstone on the M20 J8, or a Tesco 24h at this location from J7: ME14 5TQ
If we do get split up, then head for the meet up point after leaving the Eurotunnel terminal. DO NOT go into the Total fuel station immediatly after leaving Eurotunnel in France, there is no exit from this station back onto the correct motorway and it causes confusion.
We will be taking the A16/E402 motorway in the direction of Boulogne/Rouen which is the left hand fork when the motorway splits.
The France meet up point is at the "les Deux Caps" (les 2 Caps) serivce area about 15 kms from eurotunnel. It is the first service\fuel area after joining the A16. Pull off here and park up while we make sure we have everyone. If you do get split up from the rest of the us, then head for here and we will all meet up again.
