Phase2 O/S front strut (shock absorber)

Hi has anybody got a good 2nd hand O/S front strut for a Phase2 that they would like to part company with?

Just looked round mine prior to it's coming MOT to find the bottom spring cup nearly completely rotted off. Glad I haven't driven anywhere because I don't think it would take much for it to collapse [smilie=icon_cry.gif]

Don't chuck the old one out, I wouldn't mind trying to effect a repair on it.

Out of interest, i know the internal valving is probably different but are the bodies of the struts the same between phase 1 and phase 2 ?

Not singular side nor second hand, but [mention=2273,#000000]Andrew[/mention] has a brand new pair of ph2 front struts in box in the garage.

Ive not tried Scott as yet as been busy but would [mention=2273,#000000]Andrew[/mention] want to sell his struts and if so how much?
