Phase 1 v6 horn

Hi, can anybody tell me the part numbers for the horns on a phase 1 v6, and am i right in thinking its a twin horn system not single?

Not convinced it is ... well not on phase 2 anyhow, which might be the point. My phase 1 172 had a quality toot, and my phase 2 Vee has a weedy peep .

My Ph2 has a healthy 2 tone hoot, maybe one of your horns isn't working Andy?

Thanks for the info, went and had a look and one of my horns is brand new looking and the others well past it's best. My horn sounds like a 1990 escort.....I think this is because one is working and one isn't which would explain the horrid tone?

Got a set of horns out the local breakers from a phase 1 172, exact same part numbers on both

I'm actually embarrassed to use it iain, I beeped at someone angrily for pulling out in front of me... It's just not right I may as well got out and danced about a bit same reaction by him and he people watching [smilie=doubt.gif]

Sounds like he's only connected the one horn back up. The other is sat in a box in my garage!

Thats a shame I loved the air horn.
