The blue car, (Nathan's) has a standard Trophy race car splitter wih the curved lip cut down a bit to make it look flatter and then some posts stuck in.

I'm in the process of having my Trophy splitter repaired again ( 4th Time ), if anyone is near and want's to take a mould or copy before it's painted let me know and try and sort somthing out.
