ONE SCREW !! Monaco and gtx owners please help.

I'm having trouble with my carb and need to know the dimensions of the mixture adjustment screw for a Solex z10 carb.

If someone please wouldn't mind taking theirs out checking the size and emailing it to me I would be very grateful. Plus you can adjust your mixture just right when you put it back

One screw and my little brown Monaco might back on the road.

Hi can't you just get any length of screw that will screw securely into the hole? You could use some flexible sealer if it works and you can udjust up the mixture

My GTX had a bodged mixture screw when i got it but cant remember where from now cos it was with a load of other things for the MOT. I think k-tec sell a mixture screw or failing that try GSF. Don't know where youre based but their quite good for parts like that. I wouldn't bodge it cos it could mess up your fueling and make the car run really badly.
