Thanks for bringing this to my attention again, i rang the police last time and because it was not on my property when it was taken and it was a family member who took it (then sold it to a friend of his who!!!! well i cant put that, but look at the other items hes selling?) then its classed as a civil matter. Crazy or what? well to be honest i lost all interest in it and wasn't going to pay for solicitor to get the car back so left it i thought it had been sold last time as it was taken off Ebay.
The reason they haven't got the log book MOT or even a bill off purchase is ive got them, MOT is about run out now anyway, i haven't looked at this advert but i can assure you it never ran very well at all missing like a bitch, the head has been modified to take the dizzy, so would need plating if wanted to get back running on management also needed the intake manifold, the injector holes on one side had been filled so would need re drilling out, no injector rails , so that's just a few things the body work was tatty just gell coat really, i believe it had all V6 running gear brakes etc and would have been a good project to work on but i never had the chance!!!
if your thinking of buying this ask all sorts of probing questions love to hear the answers

Just found it on ebay again looks like they have thrown it back togetherish again,
just a note i noticed someone on here was looking at the turbos, he 100% guarantees them working i will tell you different one has broken exhaust fins other blows oil, seals gone .
i had a folder of all bills speck ect with v5 and mot till dec, but cant find them anywhere, so you will have to get you own v5 and dup mot

i fully agree, if this is your car and has been stolen then you can't surely let someone flagrantly sell it on ebay. At least you could inform ebay that the seller has no rights to sell the car and they should pull the ad. you could also copy his ad, re-list it, and state that it is a stolen car. That would surely piss him off and warn possible buyers of the pitfalls. Best of luck, don't let him get away with it.

ive phoned the police like i said last time but they said its a civil matter because he says i gave it him! i didnt so i rang them again today same answer Civil and as we all know i have to pay, its my son who has taken it which makes it worse and now Jay the guy whos selling it says he bought it off him its all a load of bollox i really cant waste my time on it any more,i have reported it to ebay i did last time as well.
Thanks for all your input and ideas and if anyone reading this buys it why not ask him if you can get in touch with the previous owner and see what he says!!!
