Oil cooler pipe for 21T

Needed urgently and known to be working please. I have 2 that leak.
There are 2 and I need the one thats 90deg at one end and straight at the other.

I can purchase from Renault at £95 each. They come from France.
Times just not on my side, I'm at Scoffs next Sunday with goosed oil cooler pipes, d/shaft oil seals leaking and a banshee under my bonnet where exhaust gasses are escaping somewhere.

Oh and I'm picking up the keys to the new house on Friday.
