ODD L shaped bracket

Can you buy this a part?
I will explain where it is, on the driver’s side if you follow the sill to about the middle of the car just behind the sill is the L shaped bracket held in with a nut and odd shaped washer it hold to aircon pipes in a rubber clamp.

Anyone have any idea what I am talking about and if it can be brought with the clamp and nut and bolt?
