No Bling, 10 Years, Organising A Big Trip?

So many great memories and times in that car.

Looking at some pics this morning and remember winging last on the ferry at back of buses and lorries. Will post at some point

Some how back then trip just came together with some foot down drama

Bit like Mart and his last min 3 lane turn offs lol

Some of us 21 lot are 40 next year and are planning a trip involving the Ring, perhaps we could link the 2 together where possible?

I went on a 'No Bling' titled trip in 2014, be nice to do it again and get my car beyond Belgium ;)

Just throwing this out there as I am looking into it myself....

Camping for spa F1 weekend.... Could tie it with this if enough interest . .

I think it's a big enough event in its own right. Keep it to the 10 year anniversary and not tie it up with anything other than the Nurburgring

In that case, July wouldn't be ideal as Eifel Rallye is on then, plus it's Nurburgring's turn to host the German F1 race, which is also in July.

If May is too cold(?), my vote would be for mid-late June.

Shoppers, Bex & I done Camping F1 @ Spa last year. Drop me a line if you want some info on it.

Funny that, was thinking of posting on here after seeing the Pallets post on FB about steak on a stone and the Pistenklause yesterday.

Make a structured plan of where we'd go on the x amount of days chosen.

So is there rough date and duration in mind?

Dam where has this year gone!!

Few friends cars I could steal that are very nice but kind of defeats the original ethos of the trip and would much rather use the rs3 powered R5

Need to fond some magic to get this project seriously moving over winter....all donations welcomed

I went on the later trip I think in 2009 not sure great laugh not many 5's but mine was there! Remember the drifting around the track in the white cavalier I think it was!! Bloody November though and very ccccold!!!

I'm up for another trip next year I'll bring the 5 again for another trip!:ay:

I'm game!

Frustrating part of the previous trips has been timings and restricted time off work; side effect of working in car manufacturing where your holidays are fixed within the shutdowns throughout the year leaving bugger all days left to play with!

Dont have that issue now :-D
