Matt Silver just looks like really shit crash repairs to me. London/my industry is awash with silver Prius and the amount of them with no lacquer is unreal.

Nothing to report here. The bodyshop that were painting the car have messed me about royally, thankfully not with the 21 but with the contract work I'd given them. So it'll be nasty black for a while.

I might have a personalised reg for it but we'll come back to that later on

Shame they don't make the phase 1 wheels in a larger diameter, I think the French owners club was looking into getting these produced but I never heard anymore about it.

Hi mate,
Yeah, I figured a plain 'sleeperesque' was a better bet than anything else.
I approached Compomotive about having TH made in a 5x108 but they literally replied 'No'. Bola do a stunning version but in 18 only.
I reckon a 16 would clear them, the calipers while being 6 pot are very slim both vertically and horizontally.

I love those Bola 18" turbine wheels but they do need to be smaller to look more standard. I was planning on putting Ph1 wheels on my Quadra before it got sold as I prefer the look & maybe have the Ph2 wheels with sticky rubber for tracks.

little update....

Having not been used since June 2016, I decided to get my finger out and get it going/used. I booked her in for an MOT and a repaint in Feb.
I was about 2miles from the bodyshop when my 600mile but 22month old GT2860RS decided it didn't want to be a turbo anymore.
Phoned Owen Dev, priced a repair, weighed up my options and decided 'its only £300 more' and decided it was time for an upgrade. A GTX2860 was ordered.

A month later its all done and just passed its MOT today, is taxed and driving. Scoff is booked for May.......fingers crossed

Thanks mate, yes I did.....I reckon 2 split OE oil coolers would have done it.....just sent mayo through the bearings on the turbo, these roller bearing turbos are touchy wee souls.
