mk1 start problems

My experience with inept dealers cost me dear. My personal advice is get it fixed at SgM and have a proper wellness check while it’s there.

I live 140 miles from his place, but it has been far more straightforward becoming a client of his. His hoard of discontinued parts is worth its weight in gold too...

The car is located in norway, its only 3-4 cars over here.
And i think the dealers really dont wont to do any work on this cars.

My Renault dealer had the car for 3months - changing the starter and cambelt. :)

Apologies funlight - I had no idea.

We’re lucky that V6s sold in good numbers in the UK, so we’ve enough around for a few specialists to exist.

All problems will be fixable; whether you resolve yourself or use an intelligent auto mechanic. Are any of the other V6s in Norway owned by an auto mechanic?

funlight you could try the guys at Kroghs Bilsalg. They have been fixing my car for the last two years.
Maybe they can help you out? If so, talk to Tommy.

funlight that sounds like it was a lot of work to get everything sorted. Probably not a good idea to install an alarm in the car then?
