any upgrades available such as AP twin plates etc?

costs invloved also?

As far as I know not upgraded clutches.

People have talked abot them but nothing materialised.

For a paddle plate people were waiting for spline details to make up the centre section.

any more info Mike T?

I want something which is gonna last a bit longer than a std renault one

It a twin plate Alcon - good for racing - tricky for road use but livable - lighweight flywheel is a beauty!

Mike, when you say £500 – is that the cost of the clutch and the lightweight flywheel? And given my box is already out of the car is it just a case of putting the new parts in?

Is it the bite that is tricky?

I believe it will - just check the deck height to the clutch bearing - the specs are on the GPR web site - twin plate sintered
Parts available from R Sport Flywheel, bolts cover, twin plates etc.
It judders so you need to uprate the rear engine mount to rose joints then its fine.
If you dropped it from standstill you'd break your diff - just bear that in mind - the clutch is week for a reason

Mike
