Hi all. Thought as it's on Facebook I'll put it in here aswell just incase someone wants to take this on.
2008 Renault Megane · Hatchback · Driven 150,000 kilometres
Mot run out.
Megane 175 rs dci. Non runner
Left me by the side of the road the other night. Lost interest in fixing it now.
It's not a good example of a 175.
It barely starts. If it does it dies after a few seconds.
But I have recently put a new intercooler on.
New boost solenoid.
New vnt control solenoid.
I have a set of bushes and ball joints for the control Arms.
Needs a wrap on the cv joint.
I have new swivel hub bearings ready to go on.
Just done a waterpump. Then a belt tensioner. Then alternator. None of which was easy to do.
New fuel filter. Cabin filter. New oil filter housing with the gasket.
It has leather interior.
Every panel has a dent.
Wheels are scabby and needs tyres.
Could do with new brakes all round
Air con doesn't work.
Bumper looks like crap.
I know I'm not selling it well.
Tbh it's only value is in the 2 cats still on it and the fact it is an RS

And to update my ad I've done a compression test today and got 10 bar across all 4.
I don't think it's a timing issue as when I't does run it runs fine. Albeit for 5 seconds.
Its going to be a sensor not seeing something but I have no idea what as it needs scanning. And I don't have access to anyone local to do it for me unfortunately.
Located in Flitwick. You will need a trailer.
Price. I've put it up for 800 but I'll take offers on this.
