Material rear spoiler Mk2

I have a rear spoiler Mk2 which has a broken corner. I am sure it can be fixed by glue, but I am not sure which kind of glue is the right one. Does anyone have an idea what kind of material the spoiler is made off. It looks to me that the material (white) is no plastic or fibre glass.

Injection moulded GRP, If it is just a corner broken off, drill and peg to locate and then assemble with a good quality cyanoacrylate hybrid gel such as Henkel Loctite 4070 2 part gel. This has a good open working time, bonds will be stronger than the parent and will have a small amount of flexibility.
