Matching head and manifolds to gasket?

Im just wondering if its worth matching the head and inlet manifold to the gasket? Cheers

AFAIK match the Exhaust manifold ports to the exhaust gasket, but the Inlet manifold should be left alone

Only if you're going with the full flow job, and i'd only do that if I could be doing with the hassle of flow benching to get all four matched. If you only do the manifold:head meeting points, well, best way to describe it would be to picture a 2" pipe, leading to a 3" pipe then back to a 2" pipe. The 3" bit in the middle is made redundant by the fact the lead in and lead out is 2".

Its probably not worth doing on a stock head to be honest, as dave said full flow job i would it. Mine is stock and still makes plenty of hp.
