Marks RX7 - lets break a rotary.

Maybe it’s nostalgia but there’s just something about 80s and 90s designed cars.

In the JDM scene alone there’s so many cars in the 90s that look incredible today. R32 Skyline, RX7, R34 Skyline, Honda NSX, Supra. Nissan S Line cars and a number of the Evo’s. Even some of the early Subaru’s before they got chavved up.

All of the french cars and the Fords all had something about them too in terms of character. Wide arches, stupid wings etc.

Modern day cars with the exception of a few are boring, heavy and too much tech.

I honestly think a lot of those cars you have listed have dated badly. They are cult classics but aged poorly.

NSX or RX7 on your list FTW

A hassle free 80 odd miles since getting the car back, I’d like to get at least another 150 on before I take the car for mapping Sunday, it’s roughly an 80 mile journey to the rollers so that should help also.

Just a few tiny things left to do to prepare. I need to slightly amend the oil return pipe as I fear it might melt in its current state which would undoubtedly end up being catastrophic and then simply an oil and filter change.

Fingers crossed the car can make a little more than 600 this time, it should do. 😂
