The details add up, but im not sure its a legit advert. The car has been up for sale, but not as low as that price which makes me think, it may be a scam with details copied from a previous ad.

i have mine up for sale for 7500 which i think is cheap for its condition and has full service history! but still get jokers offering me 6200 for it and other such crappy offers! makes me sick!

If not a scam, then way to cheap!!!
