Bit of a small update,managed to get around too getting the aircon serviced by a local company I've used for years.Fully expecting the system to be full of leaks after 25 years we were amazed too see it hold pressure perfectly,after a quick oil and re-gass the little 5 is now blowing ice cold!

I'm amazed at the condition of this its a beauty, I cant believe the aircon is all good looks really well mate.
treat your self to a new coolant bottle I have put a link in the Ebay spotted forum.

Absolutely Brigsy,couldn't resist a spin round the block with the windows up and the air-con blowing ice cold in my face,life saver Surprised how cold the system chills the interior,better that some modern stuff I've been in!

Thanks ChrisGTT,we're quite proud of this little GT,took alot of finding.Was thinking about doing the coolant bottle,thanks for the link! I cleaned it out when we did the thermostat,fan switch and coolant.May pop a nice new one on there though I think with the aircon rad infront of the radiator it does run a little hotter than most but with the lower temp fan switch seems to keep things under control nicely.

Also if your brake fluid bottle is looking a little stained some brand new ones were on eBay last week. I will try find the link for you.

Fan does cut in too early now so will swap it back for OE.

Small world! JDM LHD GT turbos are few and far between these days.We have'nt seen another in quite a while.You could always own this one Big Steve!
