Leak

I went to start my Phase 1 today and noticed a slight leak under the car, it's in storage and hasn't been driven in months but gets started and checked over regularly. The leak wasn't there last Sunday, so is fairly new. It doesn't feel or smell oily, it doesn't really smell of anything. On first impressions i think it might be air con related, I'm going to have a proper look on Wednesday but I wondered if anyone could help at this point. Thanks.

If you are starting the engine regularly without driving, it could well be as simple as condensation build up from the exhaust/engine, especially so now the temperature is dropping. I had a similar issue with mine which turned out to be from the exhaust believe it or not.

Undertray removal will give you your answer though for sure. :salut:

Put a white sheet of paper under it and see what colour the leak is. The smell, colour, feel and taste(!) will give it away! Coolant tastes sickly sweet ! Condensation water will be tasteless.

May save you having to remove anything unnecessarily ;)

Make sure you havent got a roof leak in the garage dripping on the car
Soak up the wet with white kitchen roll to see the colour
As said above, smell, feel, taste gives clues, but i'd have the undertray off to see if I could trace the leak.
