i suffered from the oil change debacle same as you did, not an enjoyable experience at all...

also got the same buttons and a new shell for my keycard as the old one was in bits

sorry just spotted the bit of the keycard repair there, going to give it a whirl now

Final update, the car went in June.

The king is dead, long live the king (it was replaced by an identical car).
