Kimbolton BBQ Thread........

What drinks are people already planning to bring? I'm going to bring some water but I don't want to bring more Cokes or juice if other people are getting that?

I'm also going to get some hot dog sausages as I don't like 'proper' sausages, so if anyone wants those too i'll get extra? Shall I get some hot dog rolls or are they already covered?

Will also bring some crisps and biscuits.

If there's anything anyone is struggling with getting in a vee, let me know as my folk are coming along in their volvo. Hence lots of space lol. Would anyone fancy a few decent cakes for after, ie Cheese cake, gataux or the like....not to mention the double cream. I'll do a load of sandwiches for through out the day too. Did it at World Seires and they went down a storm. I'll try and rustle up a Double Steak sanny just for you Shauny boy. :wink: .............. ............fat git [smilie=icon_blackeye.gif]

As I stay in the hotel the day before, keeping fresh stuff good is a major issue. So Steve is bringing stuff for me.

just seen this thread! anything i can bring or if we are having a whip round to cover costs im more than happy to chuck some money in.

Looks like all food bases are covered.Was going to bring cakes/fruit etc but looks like thats been sorted as well.
Anything we can bring ? or would a donation to costs as mentioned be more appropriate ?
Just hope the weather forcast improves for the weekend fingers crossed.

We think all the grub etc is now covered.

Steve has very kindly suggested that anyone wishing to donate a few quid can either use the Donate to the club or simply hand me some cash on the day.

Any monies will be used to cover costs with anything left over going to help on hosting, which I'm pleased to see are increasing. Sounds strange, but this means we are growing nicely.
