Kangoo Powered By Vauxhall C20XE R6 Carburettors (Pic Heavy)

Hi mate, yeah I thought about LET but had the xe engine bits all there so thought why not, I think once the conversions done I will prob just drive it for a bit then decide after, C20LETS fetch over 1500 quid and you can get a b204 saab lump for 500 for the whole car! Not sure yet just want to get this all running first then decide.

Thats a point the Saab share the same engine... I've seen a few Vaux's with the Saab engine fitted. How hard was it to mount up? I'm a big fan of the Citroen AXGT (first legal road car) and always fancied putting a redtop in one, big power for cheap and good power weight ratio.

Suppose once you have it all up and running the turbo converion will be a quick plug and play. I'm sure the 2L N/A will be just as much fun tho! :o

cheers

haha yes it will be fun, I won't be doing much wiring as its running on carbs so no ecu or injectors or anything like that, If they run crap I will be going back to management though but its no problem to set up so we will see what happens.

Yeah the saab turbo lump is cheap and is pretty much a vauxhall and the bottom ends are good for 400bhp with out no internal mods so thats a bonus!
