Japanese cars

So I came back a few days ago from a holiday trip with my wife around Japan. No, I didn't spot any Vees, but I managed to take pictures of 3 out of the only 4 Renaults I saw in our two week trip (the missing one is a Megane Sport), apparently they are not sold in there, only imported. They seem to get the high spec cars only from western countries as well, I hope you enjoy them.

Your doing better than I ever do, on many trips there the only Renault I recall seeing is a ph1 vee that briefly passed us in Morioka. There is a R4 van in the museum at the Toyota building in Tokyo but thats it.
Japan was an exiting place to see cars when I first started going as there were always lots of super power cars we never heard of in the UK such as the Skyline R32 and R33 which was a very rare sight in the UK and most had never seen one here. A bit different now as I think they are all over here now instead as you barely ever see one over there now. twin turbo Soarers were new to me at the time too as were the mundane Cedrics and Laurels. Its changed now though as, aside for odd square shaped micro cars, and bigger MPV's most are the same cars we get over here. Be interesting to see what others you have photographed.

Yes it's a good place to see nice cars, I need to come back.

The most impressive thing I saw was on a Tuesday night in Kyoto, one Ferrari going pretty fast, then another behind, and another, up to 20 impressing Ferraris passed in front of us speeding. I was so amazed that I didn't even think about using my camera!
