Janspeed full system

Ok then im planning on getting a janspeed full system decat soon and would like advice on fitting it.

Obviously I could take it to a garage to get fitted, Scott @ sg being the first choice as he is just down the road.

I personally would like to have a go at fitting this my self, im mechanically minded and enjoy having a go at these things.

Is there anything tricky that I should look out for?

Any helpful tips would be appreciated and they dont include the ones "Take it to a garage"etc.

Phew had me worried there, Ive got a vast selection of tools so would think ive got everything i need.

Would i be right in thinking this is a fiddly job more than anything?

All nuts / bolts / studs will be seized if my car is anything to go by!

That goes for manifolds and downpies with the cats due to heat.

Well worth it tho. More torque and power, plus improved fuel economy! :approve:

Trying soaking the manifold bolts in penetrating oil over a period of a few hours. Combine this with not trying to get them off when the engine is cold and you may just get lucky!
