Is there anything that people will not try to sell on eBay..?

The Ferrari one is even more exclusively tasteful

Imagine chucking what looks like my little pony into the bowl at the swingers party....you'd be last to get chosen like the fat kid in PE at school

Jesus wept, what utter tat. Yeah i'll spend a hundred grand on a fezzer and then attach a £3.99 bit of crap to my keys as a finishing touch!
VW 'puddle' lights

For those moments then you would really like the shit you are stepping into, to match the shit you are stepping out of. Perhaps a swastika might be more appropriate for the People's Vagen

3 sold. I am no longer shocked by the ability of hipster sc3ne wankers to be...well....wankers!

If that lot goes for under £500 i'll buy it
Which begs another, far more relevant question: Just what are the
limits people will go to pay for OE stuff? £102 for a pair of number
plate lamp holders - starts of @ .99p - starting bid = £100, closely
followed by a hunter & pecker.

Talk about encouraging sellers to ask for stupid money in the first
place. I'm not a fan of turning a hobby into a cheque-book sport!
The costs of restoration have to more closely match the resale value
of the finished item, else no-one will embark on these cars as projects
in the first place.

With buyers like that, it's sellers laughing all the way to the bank, at
the cost of losses to the pursuit. Why, if people are prepared to fork
out at that level, are the cars not making equally high money? The
first thing anyone says is: they want a cheap one...

Steve

Thats criminal.

I was more talking about the high end stuff tho - I see a few exotica fly about various parts of the world. It seems to have stopped overnight though !

Its always the same faces on Facebook who are collecting the parts and driving the prices up... i agree wholeheartedly with your comments @LowiePete, the price for parts on old Renault's now are approaching exotica prices..

So pleased I restored my Raider back when it was not the trend and I could get the parts for the right money from the dealers without all those greedy barstewards making their cut.
