Independent special near High Wycombe, Bucks

Hi All, I'm looking for an independent specialist garage that will take a look at my Phase 1 Vee.

I've recently had all 6 sparks and coils replaced along with the lambda sensor and starter motor, however this morning it's running lumpy and no power under the throttle - i.e. it sounds like the coils again. Here a link to separate forum article with a bit more background - LINK

In short the garage where I bought the car from which is still under warrant don't want me to take it to a Renault dealer. They want me to find a local independent specialist local to me (High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire). Anyone know of one?

Theres bucks renault in aylesbury,they meant to be ok but i asked about cambelt change when i first got my vee but they didnt fill me with confidence,
The only person i trust that works on my car is Scott form SG Motorsports :approve: he is a bit of a distance away but i drop mine one weekend then pick it up the next,he will pick or drop you from the train station. if your stuck for a lift

As David said.. Scott also has the ability to trailer your car if required. :approve:

I've dropped Scott an email and will follow up with a call on Tuesday. Been quoted £99 so far for a low-rider to transport the poorly Vee over there.

I live in Beaconsfield mate and go to Scott @ SG too.

Called Scott today and he was very helpfully. I've upgraded my AA membership to homestart for £20 which is much cheaper than the other options of getting the motor over to him. Cheers everyone for the recommendation.
